The Meinl Percussion Premium Fiberglass Guiro is precision molded with three different striking surfaces. The main zone has a traditional sound, the looser packed ridges have a lower, resonant tone, and the super tight ridges have a quieter, high-pitch sound. Equipped with two rubbed lined grip holes and includes wood scraper. Measures 15 1/4” L x 4 1/2” W with 9 1/4” L scraper. Great for traditional Latin American styles, and you can play it with modern pop music too. Its three striking zones open up more sounds, and it’s high strength for road and outdoor use.
